The position requires 10+ years in industry with leadership and data center controls experience, plus certifications in relevant controls tools. Travel is 30%+. This is a full-time onsite role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industry with ≥5 years in leadership and ≥3 years in data center controls.
• Experience delivering large-scale data center projects for major tech clients is highly preferred.
• Experience managing field operations across multiple sites for data center controls installs.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations for field technicians across regions and sites, ensuring quality and delivery.
• Mentor field technicians and allocate resources for projects.
• Lead site and project reviews to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with leadership on resourcing and project timelines, ensuring consistency in delivery.
• Act as regional point of contact for customer escalations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support strategy development to enable delivery of all aspects of Controls projects.
