Qualifications

• 10+ years in industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role and 3 years in datacenter controls
• Experience delivering data center projects at large-scale facilities for major technology clients
• Experience managing in-field site operations across multiple sites and projects related to data center controls installations
• Strong program management in planning, scheduling, cost and risk management
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety standards

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee regional field technician operations across sites, delivering quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage and mentor field technicians, providing support and direction for their teams and projects
• Conduct regular site and project reviews to monitor performance and drive improvements
• Align with leadership on resourcing, timelines, and strategy for consistent delivery
• Serve as regional point of contact for customer escalations and stakeholder relationships
• Assist in strategy development to enable delivery of all aspects of Controls projects
