Goldman Sachs is seeking a Learning Design & Delivery Associate/VP to lead the design, development, and delivery of advisor learning experiences across Private Wealth Management. You will create scalable training content and partner with advisors and leaders to identify development needs and translate insights into curricula.

You will design resources, measure impact, and deliver programs in virtual and in-person formats while collaborating with Talent Strategy and SMEs to implement innovative

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development or related fields such as Talent Strategy or Wealth Management.
• Experience designing instructional content, curricula, and learning materials.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into advisor-friendly resources.
• Strong relationship management with advisors, leaders, and SMEs.
• Excellent written communication and content development capabilities.
• Ability to gather feedback, identify themes, and convert insights into learning solutions.
• Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills.
• Creative and innovative, focused on improving learner experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of wealth management or financial services preferred.

• Design, develop, and maintain advisor training curriculum and learning pathways.
• Create practical resources, tools, job aids, and materials for advisor growth.
• Continuously evaluate content for relevance, adoption, and impact.
• Deliver training across regions in virtual and in-person formats.

• Translate feedback and field insights into new content and curriculum updates.
