Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to design, deliver, and continuously enhance onboarding and development across Wealth Solutions and Private Bank platforms. You will partner with Wealth Solutions, Private Bank, and Talent Strategy leadership to translate complex business models into practical training pathways and scalable curricula.

The role focuses on building role-based journeys for analysts to managing directors, leveraging AI-enabled tools and learning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Strategy, Human Capital Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking, Wealth Solutions, Capital Markets, and fiduciary services.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs, curricula, and talent development initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business priorities into role-based learning journeys and training solutions.
• Familiarity with learning technologies, enterprise knowledge platforms, AI-enabled tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for Wealth Solutions and Private Bank professionals with consistent and tailored depth.
• Design and deliver training programs building technical expertise, product knowledge, advisor enablement, and client engagement skills.
• Review and inventory training content, playbooks, vendor materials, AI prompts, and knowledge libraries for curation.
• Underwrite onboarding curriculum across campus and mobility populations with blended formats.
• Develop role-based learning journeys with clear expectations by business and level.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and emerging learning needs tied to growth and risk.
