Goldman Sachs Wealth Management is seeking a Training and Development professional to design and deliver foundational financial planning training for advisor teams, focusing on net worth reporting, cash flow analysis, and core planning principles.

You will collaborate across Product, Family Office, and other areas to translate complex concepts into clear learning experiences and ensure curriculum aligns with business priorities and client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
CFP or CFA designation preferred.
3–5 years of experience in financial services, financial planning, training, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of foundational financial planning concepts and advisor workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver core planning training for advisor teams.
Create practical, advisor-focused curriculum and materials.
Partner across Goldman Sachs Wealth Management to align curriculum with priorities.
Translate technical concepts into engaging learning content for varied audiences.
Regularly review and update training materials for accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is scalable and effective.
