Job summary

Goldman Sachs Wealth Management is seeking a Training and Development professional to build the technical capability of advisor teams. You will design and deliver foundational training on core financial planning topics, including net worth reporting, cash flow analysis, and related concepts, translating complex principles into clear learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Foundational financial planning principles and concepts.
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
• Understanding of how advisors use planning concepts to support client conversations.
• Cross-team collaboration with Product, Family Office and other partners.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in training content and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, training, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver core planning training for advisor teams.
• Create practical, advisor-focused curriculum and reference materials.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain a coordinated training curriculum.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable learning content.
• Regularly review and update materials for accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Training colleagues to ensure scalable delivery.
