Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Wealth Solutions and Private Bank Training, Onboarding and Development Vice President to lead the design, delivery and enhancement of onboarding, training and development across the Wealth Solutions and Private Bank platform. This role will build a consistent, business-specific learning experience that accelerates new hire integration and deepens product and platform fluency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking and related financial services.
• Experience designing scalable learning programs and curricula.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business priorities into role-based learning journeys and practical training.
• Familiarity with learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience conducting benchmarking and program reviews to inform design.
• Strong project management with ability to lead multiple priorities across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for Wealth Solutions and Private Bank professionals.
• Design and deliver training programs that build technical expertise, product knowledge and advisor enablement.
• Review and inventory current training content, resource hubs, playbooks and knowledge libraries.
• Re-underwrite the onboarding curriculum across campus, lateral and internal mobility populations.
• Develop role-based learning journeys with clear progression by business and level.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and emerging learning needs.
• Create and maintain practical learning resources, onboarding guides and knowledge assets.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training programs and workshops.
• Manage a structured continuing education framework for ongoing growth.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and dashboards to improve training effectiveness and scale self-service support.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct benchmarking to compare onboarding and specialist development models.
• Partner with Talent Strategy on career progression and engagement initiatives.
• Foster knowledge sharing and peer learning across teams.
