CHUBB is seeking a Vice President & Actuary based in Philadelphia, PA, to lead the actuarial staff for Westchester Digital/Middle Market and coordinate actuarial efforts across the organization. The role reports to the Lead Actuary for Westchester and will drive pricing, data, and reporting strategy.

Responsibilities include managing a two-actuary team, overseeing annual and ad-hoc pricing studies, and ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of actuarial pricing or reserving experience.
• ACAS or FCAS certification preferred, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel is required. Familiarity with Radar/SQL/R/Python advantageous.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead actuarial staff for Westchester Digital/Middle Market and coordinate the Westchester Actuarial effort.
• Manage a team of actuaries, set priorities/workloads, and develop staff.
• Oversee pricing studies and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Work with IT to implement system enhancements and ensure consistent rating/reporting.
• Maintain documentation of pricing models and assumptions.
