Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Vice President & Actuary based in Philadelphia, PA to lead the actuarial staff for Westchester Digital/Middle Market. You will coordinate pricing efforts, supervise two actuaries, and drive system-driven rating and reporting enhancements across the business unit.

You will oversee pricing studies, financial planning input, and collaboration with IT and predictive analytics. Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage actuarial staff for Westchester Digital/Middle Market in pricing and reporting.
• Complete/Oversee annual and ad-hoc pricing studies and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements.
• Improve system driven rating, price monitoring, NvR, and related reports.
• Collaborate with IT and management to implement product enhancements and maintain documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to staff; oversee workload priorities and timelines.
