Reporting to the Head of Pricing for Property and Casualty, you will oversee the COG MI Manager and an Actuarial Analyst while mentoring junior actuaries and coordinating across analytics, planning, reserving, CAT modelling, and underwriting

Qualifikationen

• Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years pricing experience in P&C insurance.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex projects to senior stakeholders.
• Proficient with SQL or Python and advanced Excel.

• Lead the development of clear actuarial reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to support decisions.
• Improve reporting processes, controls, and data quality.
• Drive actuarial data initiatives across pricing, modelling, and analytics.

• Lead pricing modernization projects and set best practices.
