The position is based in the US with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office. Partnerships with clients demand strong communication and strategic thinking to manage complex projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C actuarial experience with a strong reserving background.
• ACAS, FCAS preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, statistical, and actuarial data to develop reserving and cash flow insights.
• Develop complex reserving models and analytics-based tools.
• Maintain and improve existing actuarial reserving models.
• Communicate findings clearly through exhibits, reports, and presentations.
• Understand clients' businesses to provide practical solutions.
• Coordinate workstreams and review analysts' work for accuracy.
