Qualifications

• ACAS designation required with 7–10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience in pricing, valuation, and/or capital modeling.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Coding experience in Alteryx, R, Python, VBA, or SQL.
• Ability to lead day-to-day project activities and collaborate with brokers/clients.

Responsibilities

• Act independently to propose actuarial services and valuations to clients to mitigate risk.
• Modify complex specialty models and propose value-added models for risk assessment and financial impact.
• Expand client services beyond reinsurance transactions to drive business development.
• Direct a team to build complex specialty models and pricing strategies for varied risk exposures.
• Advise senior management on issues and progress for smooth reinsurance transactions.
• Communicate strategically with brokers, reinsurers, and clients to promote actuarial services.
