Qualifications

5+ years of experience in user experience design or related roles.
User-centric design with rapid testing and iteration, possibly AI-assisted prototyping.
Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
Experience handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with inclusive design and accessibility guidelines and diverse perspectives.
Ability to develop north star representations to guide customer-centric decisions.
Proven ability to advocate for UX and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Create and execute design strategies for complex projects aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Diagram service flows, product features, and prototype interactions for end-to-end initiatives.
Model inclusive design practices and mentor junior designers; foster diversity and inclusion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development processes.
