Job summary

You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating customer requirements into impactful solutions and ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management and product deployment roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with fast-moving environments and ambiguous requirements.
• Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for USMC accounts and Voyager solutions.
• Coordinate day-to-day communications, support requests, and logistics.
• Drive adoption and growth of Voyager products in USMC operations.
• Prepare reports on account status, performance, and opportunities.
• Coordinate demonstrations, training, and field support visits.
