Qualifications

• Experience in program management and product deployment roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and hold Secret clearance or above.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for USMC accounts, managing day-to-day communications and operational requests.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for product demonstrations, trainings, and field support visits.
• Forecast and track key account metrics including revenue targets and deployment milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and field teams to ensure timely, high-quality solution delivery.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and government regulations.
