Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for USAF accounts focused on Voyager solutions, establishing relationships with military leadership and end-users.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for product demonstrations, field support visits, and training sessions.
• Develop account plans, sales strategies, and proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Monitor deployment status and usage data; coordinate with engineering, product, and field teams for improvements.
• Prepare routine status reports and performance metrics for clients and internal stakeholders.
