Capital Vacations seeks experienced Vacation Ownership Sales Closers to join the Voyage Team in Daytona, FL. You will meet with qualified guests after their initial presentation to introduce our exclusive 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership and close sales in a commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer, T.O., Trial Ownership Representative, Take Over Representative, or similar closing role.
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell the Capital Vacations 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership.
• Meet with qualified owners and guests following their initial sales presentation.
• Build value around the flexibility and benefits of the Voyage program.
• Conduct resort tours and demonstrate the advantages of Capital Vacations ownership.
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
• Review financing options and finalize purchases.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from presentation through closing.
