Capital Vacations is seeking experienced Vacation Ownership Sales Closers to join the Voyage Team in Daytona Beach, FL. You will meet with qualified guests after their initial presentation to introduce and close our exclusive 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership.

This role emphasizes value creation, confident closing, and a consultative sales approach, with weekly commissions, monthly bonuses, and company-paid benefits. Join a fast-growing team and help guests travel with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License.
• Previous experience as a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer or similar closing role.
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell the Capital Vacations 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership.
• Meet with qualified owners and guests after the initial sales presentation.
• Build value around the Voyage program and its benefits.
• Conduct resort tours and demonstrate ownership advantages.
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
• Review financing options and finalize purchases.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from presentation through closing.
