Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in ship voyage development or travel planning.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire voyage experience from embarkation to disembarkation.
• Create and maintain voyage sailing schedules.
• Negotiate favorable voyage land costs and budgets.
