Job summary

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years in ship voyage development, travel planning, or similar role.
• Knowledge: Geographical regions relevant to the company’s voyages and budgeting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop voyage concepts and itineraries from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Marine, and external partners to position voyages effectively.
• Maintain voyage P&L and ensure profitability within budget.
