Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a dynamic Onboard Sales Specialist to join our National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions US ships. You will engage with guests onboard to inspire and sell future expeditions, sharing our mission and exciting destinations while highlighting the value and unique experiences of our voyages.

Work closely with the expedition leadership, hotel team and shoreside marketing to promote voyages, manage bookings and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting future voyages to guests aboard ships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build lifelong customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of itineraries and destinations.
• Proactive in identifying sales opportunities.
• Team collaboration with expedition and hospitality staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell future expeditions to onboard guests.
• Deliver engaging presentations and one-on-one briefings.
• Collaborate with onboard team and shoreside marketing.
• Track bookings and follow up with potential guests.
