Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions seeks a Product Manager, Voyage (VPM) to shape unforgettable travel experiences across expedition itineraries, from embarkation to disembarkation, with a focus on responsible exploration, budgeting, and operational planning.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deploy compelling voyages, train staff, manage P&L, and drive revenue growth while elevating the brand and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in ship voyage development, travel planning, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of geographical regions relevant to voyages.
• Basic understanding of permitting compliance laws related to maritime operations.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Experience with mapping/chart programs to aid navigation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Create voyage deployment plans and schedules in collaboration with Marine and Port Ops.
• Develop and manage voyageP&L and budgets to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and external partners to bring programs to market on schedule.
• Create and maintain internal documents for contingency or emergency situations.
• Provide product training to internal stakeholders during new itineraries launch.
• Negotiate voyage land costs and manage annual budgets.
