Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions in Seattle seeks a Product Manager, Voyage (VPM) to shape unforgettable expedition experiences. You will oversee the voyage lifecycle from embarkation to disembarkation, including concept, budgeting, and operational detail.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure guest experiences meet high standards, while driving revenue and strengthening our responsible exploration legacy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Geography: In-depth knowledge of regions relevant to Lindblad voyages.
• Budgeting: Familiarity with budget planning and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain voyage schedules and itineraries with operational instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compelling voyage programming.
• Maintain voyage P&L and ensure adherence to land cost budgets and profitability.
• Review and process voyage invoices and final documents.
• Represent the company in regional associations and external trainings.
