Job summary

Coconino County is seeking a temporary full-time Voter Registration Clerk in the Recorder's Office. The role supports election schedules, performs clerical tasks, and provides in-person voting and registration services to the public.

Flexibility for overtime during peak periods is required. Minimum qualifications include one year of clerical experience, voter registration eligibility, and a valid Arizona driver's license.

Qualifications

• One year of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be a registered voter in the county.
• Must have a valid AZ Driver's license.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-person early voting and registration services to the public.
• Uses computer systems and Microsoft Suite, and other office machines.
• Maintains and updates records and forms, processes documents and confidential materials.
• Answers phone calls and assists with daily office tasks.
