Job summary

TheBlack to the Future Action Fund is seeking Election Impact Organizers for part-time, temporary canvassing work to inform and mobilize voters in the 2026 General Election. You will engage Black voters through door-to-door canvassing, calls/texts, and social media, recording responses in MiniVAN and reporting daily activity.

Applicants should be reliable, able to follow scripts, and comfortable working with a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliability and follow-through — arriving on time and prepared at staging locations.
• Comfort using a smartphone and MiniVAN app to record responses, send texts, make calls, and post on social media.

Responsibilities

• Reach voters daily with election-related messaging across multiple channels.
• Enter voter data accurately into MiniVAN.
• Complete daily reports with accuracy.
• Follow the provided script and share accurate information with residents.
• Meet the required number of voter contacts per shift.
• Stay informed about political issues relevant to the campaign.
