Job summary

Black to the Future Action Fund is seeking Election Impact Organizers to mobilize Black voters through canvassing, calls, texts, social media, and events. You will report to the Election Impact Team Leader and help drive turnout for the 2026 General Election.

Part-time, hourly position running late August through early November 2026, up to 25 hours/week. $22.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement available for approved vehicle use.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual, with ability to follow through.
• Comfort using a smartphone and MiniVAN to record data.
• Read a map and follow routes.
• Willingness to attend trainings and orientations.
• Bilingual English–Spanish or English–Haitian Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach voters daily with election-related messaging via canvassing, phone and text banking, social media, and community events.
• Enter voter data accurately into MiniVAN.
• Complete accurate daily reports.
• Follow the provided script and share accurate information with residents.
• Meet the required number of voter contacts per shift.
• Stay informed about the political issues relevant to the campaign.
