Job summary

Black to the Future Action Fund is recruiting Election Impact Organizers to mobilize Black voters for the 2026 General Election. The team will reach residents through canvassing, phone and text outreach, social media, and community events, recording responses in MiniVAN and delivering daily reports.

The role is part-time, temporary, hourly, with up to 25 hours per week and $22.00 per hour. Mileage reimbursement is available; have a valid license for travel to staging locations and assigned turf.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and proactive with strong follow-through.
• Comfort using smartphones, web browsers, and the MiniVAN app.

Responsibilities

• Engage voters daily via door-to-door canvassing, phone and text banking, social media, and community events.
• Enter voter data accurately into MiniVAN and complete daily reports.
• Follow provided scripts and share accurate information with residents.
