Fenton Family Dealerships in Keene/Swanzey, NH seeks an experienced Volvo Service Advisor who understands Volvo warranties and delivers the premium customer experience Volvo owners expect.

The position offers six-figure compensation, a structured schedule with a five-day workweek (45 hours) and every other Saturday, plus strong support from an established, family-owned dealership and a full benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k) match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a franchised‑dealership Service Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Volvo manufacturer warranty procedures.
• Experience preparing and managing properly documented warranty repair orders.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• The ability to manage multiple repair orders and priorities.
• A professional, team‑oriented approach.
• Direct Volvo dealership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with Volvo service customers.
• Open and manage accurate customer‑pay and warranty repair orders.
• Apply Volvo factory warranty policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer concerns, technician findings, and warranty repairs.
• Coordinate warranty authorizations and supporting documentation.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and service leadership.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.
