Don Beyer Volvo in Falls Church, VA is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join our growing service team. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and accurately report symptoms while building trust and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate labor and parts estimates.
• CSI-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Service Advisor responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly
