Qualifications

• Be in a dynamic and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Bachelor's degree in ministry, organizational leadership, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three or more years of experience in volunteer leadership, ministry leadership, people development, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and continually improve scalable church-wide systems for volunteer recruitment, connection, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Oversee volunteer engagement tools and workflows, including automated follow-up.
• Monitor volunteer engagement data and follow-through, identifying trends and improvement areas.
• Equip ministry leaders around volunteer recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Evaluate ministry volunteer structures and training processes to address gaps.
• Develop training, tools, and frameworks to recruit, onboard, develop, and retain volunteers.
• Identify opportunities to align volunteers with gifts and strengths and develop leaders.
• Provide leadership with regular insight into CCC's volunteer health and opportunities for improvements.
