Crossroads Church in Cleves, OH is seeking a Connections Site Director to lead staff and volunteers, build teams, and implement systems that make each site the easiest place to belong. This role develops high-capacity volunteer leaders, drives guest experiences, and champions pathways from first visit to fully engaged Christ-followers.

You will recruit, coach, and empower teams, manage budgets, and coordinate large events, while maintaining the Crossroads vision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and multiply high-capacity leaders.
• Strong connector and networking abilities.
• Excellent communicator (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills and proactive problem solving.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leading large teams and events preferred.
• Ability to manage a large budget.
• Strong leadership skills: develop leaders and build volunteer teams.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, and coach volunteer leaders to reproduce themselves and multiply teams.
• Build a thriving volunteer culture where people feel valued and are challenged to grow.
• Lead planning and execution; ensure Crossroads’ mission is delivered.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and partner with ministries to implement changes.
• Ensure each site has onramps for people to get plugged into our church.
• Oversee teams creating welcoming environments (Welcome, Auditorium, Parking, Coffee, Engagement).
• Develop and refine training systems, best practices, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with site staff and central services to streamline processes.
