Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Coordinator to focus on staffing for the Concessions department, recruiting, training, and retention, with an emphasis on scheduling volunteer groups per Levy guidelines. The role involves collaborating across teams to drive participation from groups, volunteers, and staff.

The position requires strong communication, scheduling experience, and flexibility to work various shifts, with a commitment to excellent service for fans and guests at venues nationwide.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience and non-profit groups experience is a plus.
• Effective communication with management, guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Adequately schedules Non-For-Profit groups and Concessions team members to meet operational needs and target goals.
• Ensures compliance for Non-For-Profit groups policies, licensures, and procedures in accordance to Levy Core Signatures
• Engages regularly with staff and volunteers providing a high level of customer service
• Manages relationships with Non-for-Profit groups to ensure standard operating procedures are met providing follow up and continued guidance
• Consistent and constant feedback and communication to ensure retention and responsiveness
• Performs other duties as assigned.
