Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a CONCESSIONS STAFFING SUPERVISOR for Crypto.com Arena to manage concessions staffing for events, post schedules, and reconcile attendance. You will oversee temporary staff, coordinate with building security, and ensure timely check-in and meal-ticket distribution on event days.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, experience with timecard reconciliation, and the ability to manage multiple events across daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or coordinating event staffing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive schedules and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Concessions team members for daily /weekly and monthly events.
• Make, Post & communicate schedules via phone, email and MyStaff
• Reconcile timecards and missed punches; ensure meal break compliance
• Forecast and organize need for temporary labor; coordinate with HR for temp staffing
• Administer event-day tasks including check-in, meal ticket distribution, and field communications
• Monitor attendance discipline and handle disciplinary actions as needed
