Fairview Health Services is seeking a Volunteer Services Business Partner to onboard and engage volunteers, delivering high-quality service to designated customers and supporting daily department operations.

The role focuses on building partnerships with internal stakeholders, ensuring records meet compliance standards, and enhancing the overall customer experience, with emphasis on recognizing volunteers and developing standard work.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in human services, management, education, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a complex work environment.
• Exceptional Customer Experience skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a customer-facing complex environment.
• Change management, process improvement, and team building experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboards New Volunteers: Provides efficient and exceptional customer service to all volunteer applicants through the application process. Identifies barriers in onboarding process and escalates for continuous improvement. Engages in site and system strategy to ensure volunteer resources are processed to support high priority roles Creates strong partnerships with internal stakeholders that support volunteer onboarding (HR, EOHS, etc.)
