Responsibilities

• Manages workload distribution and productivity to ensure efficiency.
• Assigns volunteers to roles based on skills and needs.
• Develops and updates Volunteer Services policies and procedures.
• Prepares departmental reports and statistics.
• Communicates with managers, teams, patients and families to assess needs.
• Ensures volunteers meet annual testing requirements.
• Collaborates with HR on interviewing and coaching.
• Addresses complaints and resolves employee relations issues.
• Directs work of directly supervised staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
