• Collaborate to create volunteer reports and track metrics.
• Coach and resolve conflicts per HR guidelines.
• Develop programming to enhance patient and team experiences.
• Recruit volunteers regionally and build partnerships.
• Stay current on volunteer trends and participate in professional organizations.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and hospital policies.
• Develop and seek approval for policies and SOPs.
• Lead external recruitment strategies and partner with community.
• Build relationships with campus and department leaders to align roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
