Job summary

OneOC is seeking an enterprising Volunteer Services Manager to lead and grow volunteer engagement programs. You will connect companies, nonprofits, and volunteers through well-planned projects and pilot new outsourced services to meet client needs.

Reporting to the Director of Nonprofit Services, you will own project plans, manage staff and volunteers, develop revenue through paid services and sponsorships, and scale CIVIC50 and skills-based volunteering for broader impact.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience and strong project management skills.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with partners.
• Experience generating revenue through paid services, sponsorships, or renewals.
• Experience in volunteer engagement or nonprofit programs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to volunteer services clients to ensure continuity and growth.
• Oversee delivery of Volunteer Service Projects, Corporate Volunteerism Council, and CIVIC50 programs.
• Lead skills-based volunteering initiatives and outsourced volunteer management services.
• Develop budgets, staffing plans, and performance tracking for programs.
• Support sponsorship cultivation and revenue generation for volunteer initiatives.
