AmeriCorps VISTA seeks a Systems Coordinator for Eco3 Divine Konnections in Minnesota to help build organizational capacity, develop admin systems, data tools, and volunteer engagement infrastructure to support families experiencing homelessness.

The role strengthens organizational capacity to connect low-income families with stable housing and economic opportunity, delivering lasting tools and a sustainability plan beyond the term.

Qualifications

• College graduate with demonstrated ability to work in nonprofit settings.
• Experience working with community organizations is preferred.
• Strong communication, data tracking, and volunteer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build organizational capacity for Divine Konnections to serve homelessness- affected families.
• Develop administrative systems, data tracking tools, and volunteer engagement processes.
• Support expansion of partnerships and long-term organizational sustainability.
