Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, business administration or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of staff, project management, or relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations and provides direct supervision to department staff.
• Provides coaching, mentoring, and guidance to staff by facilitating training sessions and/or educational meetings.
• Responsible for staff scheduling, monitoring of time and attendance compliance, arranging and adjusting contingency schedules for vacations, and unscheduled days off.
• Collaborates with volunteers and staff across the organization on various projects and programs; assesses needs and aligns volunteer support effectively.
• Maintains records, schedules, attendance logs, and compliance documentation.
