Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, human services, education, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in volunteer management, healthcare, hospice, nonprofit administration, human resources, or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training volunteers strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain hospice volunteers.
• Supervise and coordinate volunteer utilization to support patients, families, caregivers, and organizational needs.
• Enter volunteer-related orders and documentation in the electronic medical record.
