• Maintain volunteer profiles and records in the volunteer database.
• Schedule volunteers according to operational needs.
• Ensure required documentation, screenings, and training are completed.
• Support Medicaid/Medicare outreach and enrollment resources.
• Track volunteer hours and program activity; prepare reports.
