Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) is seeking an HR Specialist, Credentialing and Onboarding to manage the full-cycle pre-employment onboarding, verify licensure, collect immunization records, and ensure compliance while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

You will collaborate with health centers, HR teams, and hiring managers to streamline onboarding, maintain accurate records, and support process improvements. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR credentialing and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of background checks and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with e-verification and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding for clinical and nonclinical staff.
• Ensure completion of employment and compliance documentation.
• Maintain organized, accurate personnel records and audit records for expiring documents.
• Monitor credentialing emails and coordinate timely resolution of missing information.
• Support HR policy updates and produce workforce reports.
