The role requires daily travel and a full-time salary-based schedule (8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday). Strong leadership, communication, and nonprofit experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related field).
3–5 years of experience in program development, community engagement, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and maintain a regional volunteer program aligned with Your Health’s care model.
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers to support patient-centered initiatives.
Develop structured volunteer roles that integrate into care teams and community-based services.
Coordinate deployment of volunteers to support patients with non-clinical needs.
Develop and execute regional fundraising strategies focused on sustainable support.
