Job summary

Your Health Organization seeks a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to build and oversee a regional volunteer program that supports patient-centered care. You’ll recruit, train, and deploy volunteers, aligning roles with care teams and community services to improve outcomes and reduce non-clinical gaps.

Travel within the Pee Dee region is required. This full-time role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities to expand community partnerships through fundraising and outreach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in program development or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience with volunteer programs and fundraising preferred.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel within the region.

• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers.
• Develop volunteer roles integrated into care teams.
