Job summary

Your Health in the Beaufort area seeks a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to lead a patient-centered volunteer and philanthropic program. You will mobilize volunteers, build community partnerships, and coordinate resources to support patients and caregivers.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to integrate volunteers into care delivery, develop regional fundraising strategies, and promote Your Health’s mission at local events.

Qualifications

• Experience in program development and community engagement.
• Healthcare or nonprofit leadership preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally.
• Fundraising experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a regional volunteer program aligned with Your Health’s care model.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers to support patient-centered initiatives.
• Coordinate deployment of volunteers to support patients with non-clinical needs.
• Develop and execute regional fundraising strategies focused on sustainable support.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Represent Your Health at community events and health fairs.
