Job summary

IEEE seeks a Volunteer Engagement and Development Manager to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning experiences for IEEE Technical Activities volunteers. You will lead instructional design across onboarding, role-based training, and leadership development, creating toolkits, guides, and multimedia assets.

Collaborating with SMEs and volunteer leaders, you will standardize formats, templates, and brand guidelines, while leveraging AI and modern authoring tools to modernize resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-7 years in learning and development, content creation, or volunteer management.
• Experience designing volunteer engagement programs and learning paths.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of interactive learning programs.
• Develop standardized formats, templates, and brand-aligned assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs and volunteers across TA to deliver training resources.
• Co-facilitate virtual webinars, workshops, and in-person events.
• Lead evaluation frameworks and measure learner engagement and program effectiveness.
