Qualifications

• Experience with budgets and financial reports.

• Experience managing donations and fundraising records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain an annual budget.
• Log donations and manage records online in The LIST.
• Monitor declined donations and contact donors.
• Send thank-you notes and log sent date in The LIST.
• Oversee payment requests and adjust as needed.
• Approve program expense card purchases and ensure correct funding.
• Review monthly financial reports for accuracy against budget.
• Provide financial updates at regular board meetings.
• Lead record-keeping for donations for fundraising events.
