Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in psychology, sociology, marketing, communication, human resources, and/or business management.
• A minimum of five years experience in management or volunteer work with a high level of public contact.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment, selection, orientation, placement, management, competency, assessment and recognition of all volunteers.
• Plans, organizes, directs and monitors the activities of all Adult and Student volunteers, providing support and guidance.
• Provides support for the Auxiliary Board and their needs; acts as the primary liaison for the department with other departments within the hospital.
• Practices fiscal responsibility by monitoring expenditures of volunteer program, coffee shop, and gift shop to ensure they remain within parameters.
