Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to manage all aspects of the volunteer experience, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing support for individual and corporate volunteers.

This role also oversees Pittsburgh Mercy's In-Kind Gifts Program, ensuring donations are solicited, documented, acknowledged, and distributed to support client and program needs.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, recognize and communicate with volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local volunteer clearances and documentation.
• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment to diversify participation.
• Coordinate the In-Kind Gifts program, donor outreach and donation processing.
• Support fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
