Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in volunteer engagement or nonprofit fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s volunteer engagement and community fundraising strategy.
• Cultivate corporate partnerships and workplace giving pilots.
• Collaborate with Development to steward volunteers and donors.
• Track ROI and report on engagement and fundraising outcomes.
• Establish clear volunteer program boundaries and capacity planning.
